ABOUT
The Red House Annexe is a beautifully refurbished rental property based in the centre of Bourton on the Water, at the heart of the Cotswolds. Owned and run by Caroline, also the owner of the fantastic family activity centre, Cotswold Clubhouse, also based in Bourton on the Water.
The property is less than a 5 mins walk to the river, surrounded by wonderful shops, restaurants, tea rooms and attractions. It truly is a tranquil English village.

PROPERTY DETAILS
Bedroom
Double bed and ample storage for clothing. Bed linen is included in the price. A cot is also available.
Free Wifi
The property has access to free wifi.
Kitchen
With oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooking & eating utensils. An iron and ironing board are also provided. A high chair is also available.
Garden
A private garden is fully enclosed and private, with a seating area and barbecue.
Lounge
Includes a log burner (with a basket of logs is included), under floor heating, large TV with freeview, wifi, and a sofa. Access out to the private garden.
Bathroom

With a brand new high pressure shower, toilet and sink. Towels are included in the price, along with some lovely shampoo, conditioner and bath products.

Bourton-on-the-Water has a great range of independent cafés, coffee shops and restaurants. From a lovely cooked breakfast, to a gourmet evening meal - all a short walk away!

Bourton on the Water Attractions
As well as Cotswold Clubhouse, there are some wonderful local attractions in the village,including Birdland, the Model Village, Cotswold Brewing Company, Cotswold Perfumery and the Dragonfly Maze.
Nearby Attractions
Just a short drive away are some excellent Cotswold attractions, including Cotswold Farm Park, Cotswold Wildlife Park, Daylesford Farm, Bourton House Garden and Batsford Arboretum.
Local Facilities
The Annexe is based next to a wonderful new Coop Supermarket, very handy for most of your requirements.
Cotswold Leisure is also on the same road, if you fancy going for a swim
Day Trips
Cotswold Guided Tours offer 6 hour trips around the Cotswolds, or you can take yourself off to Cheltenham or Gloucester for the day - just down the road by car or bus.
